Acting on behalf of Scarborough Group International, Colliers International has let two suites at King William House on Queen Square in Bristol.

Located on the eastern side of Queen Square, King William House is just a 10 minute walk from Bristol’s Temple Meads Railway Station and has benefited from a recent refurbishment programme.  Zeta Interactive has taken the c.2,600 sq ft Suite A on a five year lease, whilst Swoop Travel has taken the c.600 sq ft Suite C, which overlooks Queen Square, on a three year lease. Zeta Interactive is a data-based marketing company while Swoop Travel specialises in organising adventure holidays.

These latest lettings mean there is just 5,567 sq ft of quality accommodation left available, in suites from 563 sq ft to 2,585 sq ft.

National offices specialist James Preece said the prominent location just on the outskirts the city centre, combined with an extensive refurbishment programme had boosted the appeal of this unique property.

“King William House has benefitted from a comprehensive refurbishment which celebrates its distinctive period features whilst accommodating the requirements of the modern occupier, such as on site bike storage. These latest lettings bring the total let in 2014 to around 10,500 sq ft. There is good interest in the remaining suites and we do not expect them to be available for long.”

Commenting further on the lettings, Simon McCabe, Director of Scarborough Group International said “These two lettings follow a raft of new lease agreements at King William House, demonstrating both the quality of our product and demand for this type of office space in Bristol”.
